In the Zammo.ai Conversation Designer/UI Builder, an intent is associated with a dialog. The dialog contains a series of steps, or turns, with one turn being an API call. Parameters such as header and body can be configured in the API call. All conversation building blocks in Zammo have collection and object manipulation expressions to deliver the relevant part of the API response to your end users. Users can configure Zammo to use any verb (e.g. POST, GET, PUT, DELETE) for the API call. Zammo can integrate with any platform that has an API available.
