Just like keywords improve SEO, content built for conversation improves VEO (voice engine optimization). Just like on the web, it will not happen overnight, but the more that customers use your voice app and ask questions, the more Wikipedia (on Alexa) will surface your content if customers ask general questions about your organization.
Wikipedia favors content that is created for voice, so with time that content will surface more in general search results as well.
