When you decide to purchase the Zammo solution through the Azure Marketplace, the purchasing and billing processes is extremely simple and fast.

1. Your organization will make the purchase through the Azure Marketplace – it is a transaction directly between your org and Microsoft.
2. The annual license fee for the Zammo purchase will show up on your next Azure bill as a line item.
3. Microsoft will take care of paying Zammo.

Because of the above purchase and billing process, organizations do not typically need to go through the process of getting Zammo registered as a new vendor because the transaction occurs directly with Microsoft.
