This conversation workflow automates submitting an application for a food truck permit. The chatbot gathers information about the business, the operator and food handler, the vehicle, the menu, and the food truck’s location and schedule of operation. The applicant is prompted to upload the food handler’s certification, the vehicle’s proof of insurance, and the menu. The chatbot receives payment of the fee and then submits the application to a CMS.
