Once you've created a knowledge base, you may want to make updates or modifications. This could include editing its name or description, regenerating the endpoint URL, adding or removing content, or even deleting the knowledge base. This guide will walk you through the steps to manage and update your Zammo knowledge base with ease.

Delete a Knowledge Base

If you want to delete a knowledge base, select the trash can icon to the right of the knowledge base name.

💡 Please be aware that this action will delete the knowledge base and all the associated documents. If you had apps using the query endpoint, they will not be able to work anymore.

If you wish to proceed, choose Yes.

Change the Knowledge Base Name or Description

To change the name or description of your knowledge base, select the cog icon to the right of the knowledge base name:

In the Knowledge base information modal, enter the new name or description and choose Update.
