Agents can poll configured APIs at flexible intervals (from every 30 seconds up to hourly) and proactively notify users when specific conditions are met (e.g., order status, incident ticket status, product inventory). Monitoring runs as a background job and resumes the user’s conversation when conditions are met.

Agents can register as webhook listeners and receive real-time push events from external systems like payment gateways or ticketing platforms, seamlessly continuing conversations when events occur.
