Automate conversations across the four most common EDU use cases. All of the bot templates provided below include the ability to create a custom knowledge base, which can be used to generate responses using Azure OpenAI. This process is known as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). RAG responses can be utilized across all bot templates to answer questions from your knowledge base.
Template 1, Teaching/Learning: A course-specific AI tutor bot that provides a personalized learning experience for students.
Template 2, Student Engagement: A student-focused bot that assists with exploring majors, connecting with advisors, and checking grades or other information through a backend integration with your LMS. The example provided in the bot template is designed for the Canvas LMS.
Template 3, Employee Engagement (HR/IT/Finance): An employee-focused bot that connects to your CMS to create tickets, check ticket status, edit tickets, and more.
Template 4, Public Engagement: A bot designed for public engagement by answering common questions from the community. Users can be connected to a live agent if they require additional assistance. Additionally, if the bot cannot answer a question, users can submit a ticket for further support.
