In UI Builder, activities are the steps or blocks in the workflow. Activities can be cut, copied, pasted, and deleted. There are situations where it may be more desirable to disable an activity rather than delete it. For example::

• Quickly test the workflow with that step skipped
• Retain the settings included with the activity
• Retain the location of the activity
• Quickly re-enable the activity
• Mark the activity’s content and location for reference

Disable Activities

To disable an activity:

1. Select the block (the outline color will turn blue)
2. In the top menu, select Edit
3. Select Disable from the drop-down menu

To disable more than one activity:

1. Click and drag over contiguous blocks, or Ctrl+click on non-contiguous blocks, to select multiple activities (the outline color becomes blue)
2. In the top menu, select Edit
3. Select Disable from the drop-down menu
