Zammo allows you to customize both the appearance and functionality of your web chatbot to align with your brand and business needs. From visual elements like colors and logos to user experience features such as suggestion buttons and feedback options, these settings can be easily configured on the Personalize page.

Navigating to the Personalize Page

  1. In the Portal, go to the Content Studio tab and select Personalize.
  2. On the Personalize page, select the Chatbot tab.

The left side of the page contains customization settings, while the right side provides a live preview of how your chatbot will appear in production.

Version Control

Select the dropdown (vee) to access version control options. From here, you can:

Saving and Publishing Changes

After making updates, use the buttons at the bottom of the page:
