1. In the top menu, click on Add and select Add a new Trigger.
2. In the pop-up dialog, enter the name of the trigger (no spaces), e.g. intentRateMyExperience.
3. In the Trigger Phases field, enter at least 7 (15 are optimal) trigger phrases starting with a dash and a space, e.g. - i want to rate my experience
4. Click submit.
5. In the center pane, under the trigger title, select the plus sign.
6. Select Dialog Management, then End Turn. This ends the conversation. We’re doing this now so as to not forget to add it once you’ve built out the conversation how you want to.
7. Select the plus sign above End Turn and then choose to send a response, ask a question, create a condition, etc.
8. Select the Test button in the right pane. In the simulated bot, enter a trigger phrase to start the conversation.
9. Select the Publish button.
