Sometimes you need more control of the analytics that get recorded behind the scenes by your conversational AI solution.

The Custom Analytics feature in UI Builder makes it possible for you to create and log messages at any point in the conversation. Logging messages are not visible to application users.

Custom analytics can be accessed via Analytics API in the Zammo Portal and can subsequently be exported for further analysis.
