This conversation workflow automates submitting information to close a business. The chatbot asks for the business name, license number, address, email address, and phone number. The chatbot gathers information about the final date of operation, gross revenue, number of employees, if the business was sold, if the owner is deceased, and if the business holds an alcohol license. An acknowledgement and confirmation notice is displayed and then the user is prompted to upload their electronic signature and enter their title and the date. The chatbot then submits the information to a CMS.
