Yes.  Zammo has pre-populated the short and long skill description for you, but you do have the ability to edit it if you desire.  First, you will need to get to the "Organization Profile" screen by clicking any of the options illustrated below with the red arrows.

Once in the "Organization Profile" screen, you can edit your short description and then click the blue "Save Info" button.  Note that there is a 100 character limit for the short description.
