Displaying Information with Cards

In addition to presenting responses as plain text, Zammo Agents can display information in a more visual format using Cards. This allows you to create richer, more engaging bot experiences for your users.

What Is a Card?

A Card is a visual card that can include a title, description, image, and dynamic content. It's a great way to present information like summaries, quick facts, or highlights in a format that’s easy to read and visually appealing.

How to Create a Card

Creating a Card with Zammo Agents is simple and intuitive. You can use natural language to tell the Agent how you want the card displayed. For example:

“Can you display the welcome message as a card?”

The Agent will then suggest a Card layout based on your request. You can choose to include an image or keep it text-only. If the card pulls information from an API, the Agent will automatically insert placeholders (parameters) that allow dynamic content—such as data fields— to be injected into the card during runtime.

Once configured, the card will appear in the Cards tab within the Agent Designer. You can review the layout, adjust the parameters, and preview how the content will appear to users.

What’s Next?

Currently, Zammo Agents support Hero Cards, and more card types and visual formatting options will be added over time to further enhance the user experience.

Cards give your bot a more polished and interactive feel—perfect for delivering important or structured information in a way that's clear, attractive, and easy to engage with.
