Step 1 - Adding the Block PII Recording Action

The earlier How To involved adding an Filter PII action. We need to remove that and replace it with the Block PII action.

1. Select the existing Filter PII recording action by clicking on the ... part and select Delete:

1. Click on the + node within the designer canvas in UI Builder at the root level and select Conversation Transcription → Block PII Recording:

1. Everything else can remain. Click Save then Publish:
