This action begins a new dialog. When the dialog being processed is complete, control is passed back to the parent dialog. If no more dialogs are available the conversation ends. In this section you'll learn how to begin, replace and repeat dialogs.

Begin Dialog

You can begin a new dialog by performing the following steps:

1. Browse to the zammoAppLaunched dialog:

1. Select Dialog Management → Begin a New Dialog:

1. The Begin a new dialog action is added but the new dialog still needs to be set. We need to create a new dialog. Select the action you just added and from the dropdown list under Dialog Name select Create a new Dialog:

1. From the popup window input "ProcessOrder" and click OK.
