Occasionally Alexa will require an additional step to authorize Zammo to register an invocation name on your behalf.

This typically occurs when you are using a 1-word or well-known brand name as an invocation name.  This is simply Alexa's way of protecting you and ensuring that the brand name belongs to you.

If Alexa requires this for your chosen invocation name, the Zammo portal will alert you. You will be provided with this letter template to complete.  Simply open the template in Adobe Acrobat Reader, complete as shown below, save and then upload back into the Zammo portal where indicated.  (If you don't currently have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it for free HERE.)
