Zammo makes adding industry specific Q&A easy by doing most of the work for you by suggesting the most frequently asked questions in your industry.

After the onboarding process, you may decide that you’d like to add additional industry specific questions or maybe even pull questions from a different industry.   Here is how to do just that…

First, click on “Industry Questions” in the left menu bar as shown below.

Next, select the industry you would like to work with from the drop down menu.

Put a checkmark next to each question that you would like to include in your Q&A knowledge base and then fill in your answer to each of those questions in the gray answer box. When you are done, click the blue “Edit Industry Q&A” button.

A pop-up box will appear giving you the option to either continue working by clicking “Select More Questions” or if you are ready to move them into your Q&A knowledge base, click “Go To Compose Q&A.”
