Got an FAQ page on your website you’d like to add into your Q&A database?

In the Zammo portal, click the Content Studio tab in the left menu bar then select the Q&A option.

Click on the "Add Q&A" button where indicated with the red arrow below and then select "Add FAQ Link".

A pop-up box will appear.  Enter your FAQ page url. If you have multiple FAQ pages on your website and would like to add all of them, click + Add another FAQ link. Add as many links as you like. When finished, choose Add FAQs. Your content will be auto ingested into question and answer format. This process may take some time and will be longer the more questions you have included on your page.  Please be patient.

When the uploading process is complete, the questions and answers from your FAQ page will be added to the "Draft" tab in your Q&A database, along with any other questions you already had in this "Draft" tab.

Once in Draft, you will see that you have the option to edit the questions to your liking, add question variants, edit your answers, etc.  From this point, you will move the questions through the Draft – Review – Ready to Publish process as described in the article, Moving Q&A Through the Compose Q&A - Review - Ready to Publish process.
