Zammo supports a variety of data sources for building your knowledge base, including website URLs, documents, cloud storage, Microsoft SharePoint, and curated Q&A pairs managed directly within the Zammo portal.

How to Add Curated Q&A as a Data Source

To incorporate curated Q&A into your Zammo knowledge base:

  1. Open your Knowledge Base

    In the Zammo platform, navigate to your knowledge base and select Add a new data source.

  1. Create the Data Source

    In the Create data source modal:

  1. Edit the Data Source

    Once the data source appears in your list, click the pencil icon to open its settings.

  1. Configure Indexing Options

    In the Update data source modal:

    Zammo will begin syncing Q&A content with the appropriate knowledge base environment:

  2. Manage and Synchronize Content

    Continue editing Q&A pairs in the Portal as needed. After saving edits in the Edit & Review state, click Re-train Testing Model to push updates to the Staging knowledge base environment.

    Any Q&A that is promoted to or demoted from the Published state will automatically sync with the Published knowledge base environment.
